Glitter Trash

Glitter Trash is a classic punk band with a sound that harkens back to the mid-1970′s London and New York punk scenes. The stage show is reminicent of an Iggy and The Stooges or Stiv Bators/Dead Boys event filled with the destructive and high energy antics of frontman Jenna Talia, wriggling, crawling and smashing her way through songs with her 6ft tall, athletic body dressed glam leather.

She pushes the envelope of sexuality and society being an aggressive, attractive pre-op transsexual filled with Detroit street attitude. She is backed by a Detroit all star ensemble including Dino Hamlin (ex-Betty Fords) on lead guitar, Brian “Homeless” Milne (Treatment Bound and Halfmoon Highway) playing rhythm guitar, Sin Der Ella (ex-Madhouse, Vic Wayne) and Jenn “Detroit” Jaded (Broadzilla, Choking Susan) on drums. A visual overload, this is not your run-of-the-mill Detroit band in jeans and a T posing on the monitor. The songs are Detroit inspired soaked in the gas of self destruction, love, sex and anarchy and lit on brightly fire for all to see. This is one band you won’t ever forget.
