My mind was blown the other day when I found out that LMFAO are the respective son and grandson of Detroit native and Motown Records founder Berry Gordy. (Thanks to the powers of Wikipedia, I also found out that the gorgeous Spanish-tile-roofed house in Boston Edison I had always admired happens to be the former home of Mr. Gordy.) Makes sense though that music runs in the family.
