Top 5 w/ Electric Corpse
Entertaining, passionate, and talented. Yes, I’m describing my top five favorite local bands to perform with. As a young and ambitious musician, its important to perform with bands that are as into what’s going on that night as I am . Here are my top 5 fav local bands to play with:
1. The Restless Days
Fronted by our dear friend and producer Jon Collins; they bring to the stage a kind of grown up feel, with deep real life lyrics and intense care for their craft .
2. Cobra Frank
Every time we are in the same room as Cobra Frank, the same two things happen, we hear great music and have a wonderful time .
3. Los Cavachos
The lead singer/guitarist, Steve Zapinski, is by far the best guitar player we have ever seen in real life . Each time they go on, you know its going to be a wild time!
4. Small Noises
There is something different about these guys. They have so much energy on stage, its crazy . A lofi/surf band with technical guitar and thumping vocals.
5. Native Signal
The lead singer, Sean Cecil, has been on the scene for years. You have probably seen him live, but just didn’t know it .
In our minds, they are the best folk rock band around. Make sure you catch them live soon, it is a must!
