Quick, comment: Motor City Blog is not the arch nemisis of Motor City Rocks. We both do different things, MCR covers exclusively Detroit rock music, we try to privy you to only the best shows that are going on around town, while introducing you to the bands. MCB let’s you know about everything going around the city and the state, with an eye on the complete picture. It really depends on how far you zoom in your microscopes. There’s enough room in this town and this internet for both of us.

That being said, the Motor City Blog girls dropped by promote the upcoming Motor City Blog 5 Year Anniversary Show. The shindig takes place this Saturday at the Detroit Music Hall at 7pm. If you can’t squint hard enough to read the flyer during the interview, I’ve replicated it with state of the art C.G. EYES.
