MCR Needs Your Help! Get Some Cool Prizes!

Hey guys! As you know we’ve been doing a bit more video work here at Motor City Rocks. We’d like to do a lot more. We want to give you high quality video programs featuring band interviews, live performances, and capture the night life of the area. Right now our equipment doesn’t let us do that. Currently we have to shoot in a bright quiet room far away from the action.

This is why we need you. If you head over to our Kickstarter page you’ll see our current goal $5k, and how close we are getting to that goal. If we can’t raise $5k within 3 months we don’t get any of the money pledged to us. This means, less coverage of Detroit music for the people of the world during the Youtube generation.

Have you ever worked on a crappy computer that randomly destroyed the files you were working with, moved them around, and drove you insane? That’s exactly what editing is like for us at Motor City Rocks. With this money we’ll be able to have a stable editing system that will allow us to churn out quality videos to you.

Pledge $15 or more: Get to see exclusive cut scenes. Things that were still interesting but we had to cut for time.

Pledge $45 or more: Get a dvd of “The Steve Barman Show”, the video show we worked on before MCR. (Act fast! Only 50 available!)

Pledge $90 or more: Get to write all of the interview questions for one of the bands we’re shooting a segment on. We’ll fill you in on all the information about them, you ask us what you’d like to know about them, from them! (Act fast! Only 10 Available!)

Pledge $230 or more: Get to interview one of our incredible bands, via pre-recorded video that you send in! Be seen by thousands interviewing a great band!

Pledge $400 or more: Be listed as a contributor to motor city rocks on our website

Pledge $501 or more: Get to interview an outstanding Detroit band in person!!!! NOTE: You must somehow get to Detroit, to do this. (Act fast! Only 5 Available!)
