Mar 08 2009 Blowout (Night 3) In Pictures

Last night, The Displays** blew the roof off the KofC Lounge with their version of The Stooges “Search And Destroy” (somewhere up there Ron Asheton is smiling).  Also, in case you were wondering, the answer to the question is “Yes!” – the Gardens, Readies and Magic Shop are that damn good live.  And finally, bassist Zachary Weedon unofficially became The 2009 Hamtramck  Blowout MVP (he played on the main K of C stage three times in a 24 period with Lee Marvin Computer Arm, The Dirtbombs, and The Readies.)  Here are some select MCR 2009 Blowout Pics from a few of last night’s Blowout performances at the K of C.
