Submissions for 2009 Detroit Music Awards

Phase 1 of voting for the 2009 DMA has begun despite the fact that their site is under construction.  However, they’re open to take submissions and register new voters.  The awards show will be held at the Fillmore Detroit on Friday April 17, 2009
