Deastro shout out in Spin
Deastro’s got a shout out in a (rather inane) list having something to do with bands that are related to MGMT in the November issue of Spin. You can check that out in the digital edition of the magazine. There’s a line about his forthcoming Moondagger, due January on Ghostly International. And though it’s not new, the photo of him looking like a Martian god is pretty cool, too.

The record will actually be released in March/April 2009. On November 11th, you can grab the first single from the record, Parallelogram, at emusic and then itunes, amazon, etc. on November 18th.
