Folk artist Alan Scheurman did a performance on WDET’s “Detroit Today” show last Friday. His upcoming record Old Patterns, produced by Warren Defever of His Name Is Alive, will be available in the ever-so-trendy Radiohead-style free download at alanscheurman.com on December 2nd. You can catch him with Ann Arbor folkie Chris Bathgate in Ypsi’s Elbow Room Nov. 21st and Detroit’s Corktown Tavern the 28th.
