People's Arts Festival Postponed Until Sept. 21
Well I guess setting up your weekend’s plans just became a little easier, since The People’s Arts Festival at the Russell Industrial Center has reportedly been postponed until next Sunday.

I was talking to Mark Arminski last year and he said that it was difficult to get the vendor licenses, and Detroit almost shut ‘em down at the 11th hour. I wonder if they ran into similar problems this year.

From what Melody (Detroit After Dark) says it’s the rain issue.
