Now We're Getting Somewhere
The RIAA is starting to finally accommodate “the digital age” with the idea of imposing a $5 monthly surcharge on all internet service provider’s customers (that’d be you). This is not unlike their current radio and cafe business models. The RIAA should have done this back in 2000 when Napster was still around since this is way smarter then actually suing your fans.
