The White Stripes are being sued by a Quebec radio host for using a sample of her voice in the song “Jumble, Jumble” off the De Stilj record.

Detroit has been named the “Most Miserable City” by Aol/ Forbes. The city has been given a “Misery Measure” number of 696, which is based on such things as violent crime, unemployment, weather, etc.
