Chrome Spiders, Negative Approach News
Mateo Grande made all of our Valentine’s Day wishes come true with his e-mail trumpeting the return of all-time MotorCityRocks favorite TJ Potter in a band called the Chrome Spiders. Apparently, the band members describe their sound as that of “A very heavy taco being dropped off a cliff” and “George Washington Carver pistolwhipping a nun”. To say that we’re beyond excited about this is a criminal understatement. The band will be playing at Holbrook Cafe on March 8th for the Blowout.
Legendary hardcore pioneers Negative Approach will be playing St. Andrew’s Hall on May 26th. Make sure you show up or John Brannon will eat your babies.In the meantime watch this insane clip of John singing “Can’t Tell No One” with The Misfits in 1983.
