White Stripes Win Lawsuit

In a quick 20 minutes, a Detroit federal jury decided that Jim Diamond should be allowed no royalties for his work on the White Stripes’ first two records. The White Stripes argued that Diamond’s engineering work on the records did not equate to authorship. BBC has the story.
