I know we’ve got a show blog for this sorta thing, but sentimentally, I’ve deemed this one worth mentioning here on the Detroit Dish: Friday and Saturday night (June 3rd and 4th), Alvins is holding benefit gigs to help pay medical expenses for localite Jeff Hardin, who recently had to undergo heart transplant surgery after a particularly nasty bout with pnuemonia fucked up his insides something fierce.
