Guitar Wolf’s Billy (Bass Wolf) dead of heart attack
This fucking sucks. Goner Records’ website has a bit more info, as does Guitar Wolf’s official website. Dammit. A few weeks ago, Chris ‘Box’ Taylor was gentleman enough to rip off coverage of Guitar Wolf’s most recent Detroit gig, which apparently becomes more poignant as a record of Billy’s last jaunt through Detroit. Condolences go out to the rest of the band and Billy’s family … Fare thee well, Bass Wolf.
