Jul 03 Patti Smith Performs With Her Son On Stage

Patti Smith was joined by her son Jackson Smith, of Back in Spades fame, and Carolyn Striho onstage at the Majestic Theatre on June 25. Striho played guitar and sang on the song “People Have the Power”. Jackson Smith, who’s band Back in Spades opened the show, sat in for the encore, “Gloria.” Patti Smith played a two-hour, politically-charged set.
